Our Story
23 years ago, I bugged Dad so much he finally took me to work with him, & I never left.
I’ve heard that people spend their whole lives trying to find their passion, and that’s not something I can relate to. At 13, I fell in love with the smells, puzzles, and people unique to the air conditioning business.
Every job brought some new kind of challenge, and it’s never gotten old. Maybe it’s helping people, or maybe it’s that look on people’s faces when they hear their systems come back to life on a hot day.
The heat and the dirt never bothered me because fixing problems makes me feel the same way today as it did all those years ago.
When Dad sold his share of the business, I went to work at another company, and I didn’t like it, so I decided to do something about that. For years, I saved my pennies, and finally, in 2010, I was ready to go out on my own.
Over the years, the tools have gotten better, and the systems have gotten more complicated, but one thing hasn’t changed one bit.
People need AC.
If you asked me why our phone keeps ringing with new customers and old customers, I’m not sure I could come up with an answer.
All I can tell you is that Dad taught me to do the best work I could and treat everyone fairly, no matter how small the job was. I’ve been following that advice for all this time, and I guess you could say it’s working.
We don’t have the fanciest trucks or the flashiest marketing, but we do have something that’s hard to find these days. Every customer matters to us, and we won’t leave until the work is done right.

Gary Fox has been in the HVAC trade since 2003, so more than two decades. That experience means he’s seen just about every kind of system and failure across Fort Worth homes. When you call Fox, you’re getting an owner who’s spent his career on the tools.
